Diplomová práce se svým zaměřením věnuje informálnímu učení v pojetí studentů kombinované formy studia oboru Andragogika. Cílem práce je analýza informálního učení v pojetí těchto studentů. Hlavním záměrem je zjistit, jak tito studenti informální učení interpretují v kontextu jejich současného studia a jakým způsobem informální učení vstupuje do jejich procesu formálního vzdělávání. Diplomová práce je založena na kvalitativní metodologii; metodou sběru dat jsou hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky výzkumného šetření popisují, jak je pojetí informálního učení studenty chápáno, identifikují situace, ve kterých se tito studenti informálně učí a odhalují způsob, jakým se informálně učí.The diploma thesis focuses on informal learning in the concept of students of the combined form of Andragogy studies. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of informal learning in the concept of these students. The main aim is to find out how these students interpret non-formal learning in the context of their current studies and how non-formal learning enters their formal education process. The diploma thesis is based on qualitative methodology; the data collection method is deeply structured interviews. The research results describe how the concept of informal learning is understood by students, identify situations in which these students informally learn and reveal the way they learn informally.
