Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rodinami dětí nemocných mukopolysacharidózou a jejich vnímáním systému sociální podpory v kontextu sociální práce. V teoretické části je popsána rodina dítěte se vzácným onemocněním - mukopolysacharidózou, současně je uveden systém podpory v oblasti dávek a služeb sociální péče a školství. Dále uvádíme přehled podpůrných organizací a projektů, se kterými mohou rodiny dětí spolupracovat. Praktická část uvádí kvalitativní šetření, které bylo uskutečněno formou rozhovorů a zaměřuje se na subjektivní pohled rodičů dětí s mukopolysacharidózou, na oblast podpory po sdělení diagnózy a fungování sociálního systému.This bachelor's thesis deals with the families of children suffering from mucopolysaccharidosis and their perception of the social assistance system in the context of social work. The theoretical part describes a family of a child with a rare condition mucopolysaccharidosis. It also describes the system of assistance in terms of social benefits, social care and education. Furthermore, it presents a list of supportive organizations and projects which the families of such children can collaborate with. The practical part presents a qualitative investigation conducted in the form of interviews. The investigation addresses the subjective views of parents of children with mucopolysaccharidosis on the sphere of support after being told the diagnosis and the workings of the social system.
