Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění míry adherence v léčbě u pacientů s cévní mozkovou příhodou. Kvantitativním výzkumem průřezové prospektivní studie pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme, jakou míru adherence v léčbě mají pacienti s cévní mozkovou. Výzkumný soubor zahrnuje 110 respondentů z Neurologické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. V dotazníku byly použity otázky demografického typu, standardizovaný Moriskyho 8- mi položkový dotazník a dotazník MINI COG.
