Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vztahu prarodiče k dítěti s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku pojmu PAS, etiologii PAS, typické projevy a vymezení jednotlivých typů PAS. Následujícím tématem teoretické části je prarodičovství. Pozornost je zde věnována vývojovému hledisku, podstatě prarodičovské role a vztahu prarodiče s vnoučetem. Přiblíženo je zde také mezigenerační učení. Teoretická část se samostatně věnuje i vztahu prarodiče a dítěte s PAS. Popsány jsou specifické oblasti tohoto vztahu a faktory, které jej ovlivňují. Na základě vymezení výzkumného problému byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné cíle. Analyzovat čas prarodiče strávený s dítětem s PAS. Prozkoumat vztah prarodičů k dítěti s PAS. Prozkoumat vztah prarodičů k rodičům dítěte s PAS a analyzovat vliv diagnózy PAS na život prarodičů. Data získaná polostrukturovaným rozhovorem byla zpracována prostřednictvím kvalitativní analýzy, fenomenologickým zkoumáním. Výzkumu se účastnilo dvanáct respondentů (prarodiče a rodiče dětí s PAS). Práce umožňuje blíže poznat život rodin dětí s PAS a lépe tak vnímat šíři a komplexnost této problematiky.The Master´s Thesis deals with the issue, what is the relationship of a grandparent to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The theoretical part is focused on characterization of ASD, its etiology, its typical symptoms and a definition of particular types of ASD. The next topic of the theoretical part is the grandparenthood. The attention here is paid to a development aspect, a core of the grandparental role and the relationship of the grandparent with the grandchild. Here is also described the generation learning. The theoretical part deals individually with the relationship of the grandparent and the child suffering from the ASD. Specific fields of this relationship and factors, which influence it, are described here, too. Based on the determination of the research matter four research goals were defined. To analyse the time, which the grandparent spends with the child with ASD. To explore the relationship of grandparents to the child with ASD. To explore the relationship of grandparents to parents of the child with ASD and to analyse, what influence the diagnosis of ASD has on the life of grandparents. The data gained by the semi-structured interview were processed via qualitative data analysis, by phenomenological research. Twelve respondents took part in this research (grandparents and parents of children with ASD). The thesis enables closer knowledge of families with children with ASD and better perception of range and complexity of this issue.
