Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou možností náhradní rodinné péče u registrovaných partnerů. Teoretická část je nejprve věnována tématu homosexuální a bisexuální orientace. Následující kapitoly pojednávají o institutu registrovaného partnerství, formách náhradní rodinné péče a asistované reprodukci. Závěr této části je věnován otázce možností náhradní rodinné péče u registrovaných partnerů a asistované reprodukce u lesbických žen. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem s cílem zjistit názory a postoje oslovené populace na cílovou problematiku práce.This thesis deals with the possibilities of family foster care for registered partners. The theoretical part at first devoted to homosexual and bisexual orientation. The following chapters discuss the institute of registered partnership, forms of family foster care and assisted reproduction. The conclusion of this section is devoted to the possibilities of family foster care for registered partners and assisted reproduction for lesbian women. The practical part consists of quantitative research in order to find the opinions and attitudes of the addressed population on the target issue of thesis.
