Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum, ve kterém je popsáno subjektivní vnímání náplně práce asistenta pedagoga. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a zákony týkající se profese asistenta pedagoga, osobnostní předpoklady pro výkon profese a spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s učitelem, rodiči, poradenskými pracovníky a žáky. V empirické části jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo popsat subjektivní vnímání náplně práce a spokojenosti asistenta pedagoga. Rozhovoru se zúčastnilo 7 asistentek pedagoga. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že hlavní úlohou asistenta pedagoga je péče o dítě nebo děti, které jsou mu svěřeny. Zároveň je k dispozici pedagogovi. Spokojenost asistent pedagoga spatřuje v užitečnosti pro děti. Zároveň jsou asistenti pedagoga nespokojeni z důvodu nízkého platu, psychické a fyzické náročnosti a nulových práv.This bachelor thesis is focused on research in which is described a subjective perception of a teaching assistant. In the theoretical part of this work there is delimited basic concepts and statutes regarding to the profession of a teaching assistant, personal assumptions for the performance of the profession and co-operation between a teaching assistant, the teacher, parents , consultant workers and students. In the empirical part of the work there are summarised results of the research, of which the purpose was to describe a subjective perception of the work responsibilities and satisfaction of a teaching assistant. Seven teaching assistants participated in the interview. The research shows that the main task of a teaching assistant is taking care of a child or children who are in their care. A teaching assistant is at the same time available to the teacher. A teaching assistant gains satisfaction from being useful for the children. Teaching assistants are equally dissatisfied due to low income, psychilogical and physical demands and no rights.
