Bakalářská práce se zabývá očekáváním a vnímanou realitou (spokojeností) studia u studentů Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci a jejich pochybnostmi ohledně správnosti volby studijního oboru. Zjištěné informace jsou dávány do souvislosti s identitními procesy v období vynořující se dospělosti. Stěžejním tématem teoretické části je studium na vysoké škole, vynořující se dospělost a její charakteristiky a identita a její tvorba v období vynořující se dospělosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje především na souvislost vybraného stylu identity, míru ne/spokojenosti se studijním oborem a míru pochybností ohledně volby tohoto oboru. Míra pochybností, očekávání a vnímaná realita studia u studentů Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci je zjišťována pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Pro měření stylu identity byla použita česká verze Inventáře stylů identity (ISI) rozlišující tři typy identity. Mezi zásadní výsledky řadíme zjištění, že studenti, kteří již změnili svůj osob, mají vyšší míru pochyb než studenti, kteří studijní obor doposud nezměnili. Dále také zjištění, že u studentů s difuzním stylem identity byla zaznamenána vyšší míra nespokojenosti se studiem než u studentů s identitou informativní. Mimo jiné byla nalezena středně vysoká korelace mezi difuzním stylem identity a faktorem závazků.The aim of the thesis is to focus on student´s expectation and perception on the reality of studying (satisfaction) at the University of Palacky in Olomouc. We also focused on the student´s doubts about the right choice of study field. All information we found were matched with the identity processes to find coherences between them during early adolescence. One of the main topics in the theoretical part of the thesis is the study at the university, early adolescence and its characteristics. At least, we discussed identity and its formation during early adolescence. In the empirical part, we primarily focused on similarities between the chosen identity styles, module of satisfactions/dissatisfaction, expectations and perception on the reality of studying at the University of Palacky in Olomouc. Module of satisfactions/dissatisfaction, expectations and perceprion on the reality of studying at the University of Palacky in Olomouc was determined by the questionnaire about self construction. For determining the identity styles we used the Czech version of ISI (inventory of identity styles. ISI divides identity into three main types. Among the key findings we rank the finding that students who have already changed their minds have a higher degree of doubt than students who have not changed the field of study. Further, the finding that students with diffusion style of identity had a higher degree of dissatisfaction with the study than with students with an informative identity. Among other things, a moderate correlation between the diffusion identity style and the commitment factor was found.
