Práce je věnována reflexi historických změn, událostí a procesů v interpretacích životní dráhy seniorů. Skládá se z teoretické části, která obsahuje základní teoretická východiska včetně vymezení klíčových pojmů, motodologicé části zahrnující projekt výzkumu, a empirické části věnované výzkumu samotnému. Součástí práce je tedy kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je vytvořit zakotvenou teorii popisující to, jak senioři interpretují význam historických změn, událostí a procesů v rámci své životní dráhy. Sběr dat byl proveden metodou narativního rozhovoru. Na základě aplikace obecného paradigmatického modelu je popsána role velké historie v životní dráze seniorů. Historické změny jsou interpretovány jako příčinná podmínka jevů, které ve svém důsledku různým způsobem determinují životní dráhu.Thesis is dedicated to the reflection of historical changes, events and processes in the interpretations of the life course of seniors. It consists of the theoretical part, which contains the basic theoretical resources, including the definition of key concepts, the methodological part including the research project, and empirical part dedicated to research itself. Constituent part of the thesis is qualitative research, the aim of which is to create the grounded theory of how seniors interpret the meaning of historical changes, events and processes within their life cycle. Data collection was done using a narrative interview method. Based on the application of the general paradigmatic model, the role of a great history in the life course of seniors is described. Historical changes are interpreted as a causative condition of phenomena that, in turn, determine life paths in various ways.
