Práce demonstruje na příkladu divadelního festivalu Kult v Ústí nad Labem problematiku a mnoho vrstevnatost fungování lokálních uměleckých institucí. Odhaluje transformace tohoto festivalu napříč dvěma dekádami jeho existence. Představuje Kult v jeho historickém, institucionálním a lokálním kontextu a vymezuje základní čtyři proměny, kterými tento lokální festival prošel. Tyto proměny dále komparuje s původními programy. Analyzuje téměř dvacetiletou historii festivalu a prostředí, ve kterém festival vznikl, působil a proměňoval se. Po kombinaci výzkumných technik vyhodnocuje a odůvodňuje, v čem tyto proměny tkví.The theses demonstrate the issue of the functioning cultural and local artistic institutions, at the example of Theatre Festival Kult in Ústí nad Labem. It reveals the transformations of this festival, across almost twenty decades. Represents the Kult in its historical, institutional and local context and defines the basic four changes made by this local festival. And these transformations compare with the original programs. Its analyses (almost twenty-year history) of the festival and the environment in which the festival originated and changed. After combining these research techniques, it evaluates and justifies the character of the changes.
