Diplomová práca sa zameriava na ženské telo v umení performance a súčasného tanca. Je rozdelená na časť teoretickú a analytickú. V teoretickej časti popisuje hlavné koncepty súčasného feminizmu, ktoré sú v tomto druhu umenia zohľadňované a tematizované. Pozornosť venuje takisto teóriám o ľudskom tele, divadelnej telesnosti a nahote na javisku. V analytickej časti následne skúma, akým spôsobom sa tieto koncepty tematizujú v jednotlivých performance a aký význam v nich ženské telo získava. Na základe analýz potom rozdeľuje prístupy k ženskému telu do nasledovných častí: telo ako citát, netypické telo, telo a jeho krása, telo bez orgánov, telo ako inštalácia a telo ako rituál. V závere diplomová práca charakterizuje spoločné typické znaky ženských performance, ako je subjektivita vlastného tela, explicitná nahota, irónia, téma krásy a idealizácie, objektifikácia a aktivita a autorita ženy ako tvorkyne umenia.This master thesis is focused on female body in performance and contemporary dance. It is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part discusses the main concepts of contemporary feminism, which are often used in this type of art. It also deals with theories of human body, corporeality in theatre and nudity on stage. The analytical part then examines the ways in which these concepts are used in particular performances and what significance the female body has. Based on this analysis the thesis then identifies various approaches to female body, such as: body as a quote, unconventional body, body and its beauty, body without organs, body as an installation a body as a ritual. The thesis then concludes common characteristics of the female performance, such as subjectivity of one's own body, explicit nudity, irony, beauty and idealisation, objectification and an active authority of a woman as a creator of art.
