Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou maringotek umisťovaných v chráněných krajinných oblastech. V první kapitole autorka nejprve definuje základní pojmy jako stavba a výrobek plnící funkci stavby, následuje právní posouzení termínu maringotka. Druhá kapitola se zabývá územním posouzením výrobku plnícího funkci stavby. Třetí kapitola objasňuje řízení o odstranění stavby, provedení místního šetření a podmínky dodatečného povolení stavby. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována území CHKO, zejména činnostem, které jsou na tomto území povoleny, a které jsou zde zakázány. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na dvě kauzy o umístění maringotek v CHKO, přičemž v obou případech byl učiněn závěr, že maringotky byly umístěny mimo zastavitelné území v rozporu s územním plánem obce. Cílem práce bylo ucelené zpracování tématu a zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, zda se v případě maringotek jedná o vozidlo, nebo stavbu, a je tak možné nařídit jejich odstranění.The thesis deals with the issue of caravans placed in protected landscape areas. In the firts chapter firstly author defines basic terms like construction and the product fulfilling the function of the building, follows legal assessment of the term caravan. The second chapter deals with territorial assessment of the product fulfilling the function of the building. The third chapter clarifies the removal procedure, performing a local investigation and the conditions of the additional building permit. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the protected lanscape area, pacticularly to activities which are autorized and prohibited in that territory. The last chapter focuses on two cases about caravans placed in the protected lanscape area, where in both cases the conclusion was made, that caravans were placed out of the building territory in contradiction with the municipal plan. The main aim of the thesis was to complete the topic and to answer the research qustion whether in the case of caravans it is a vehicle or construction and it is possible order removal of these buildings.
