Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat problémy v komunikaci a soužití mezi policisty a romským etnikem. Práce popisuje možné způsoby vzdělávání policistů nejen v rámci Ministerstva vnitra ČR, ale i prostřednictvím fondů a grantů, kterých Česká republika dosáhla. V empirické části vycházím z názorů policistů, zda je potřebné vzdělávání policistů, zda jsou policisté ČR dostatečně a účelně vzdělávání k potřebám své každodenní pracovní činnosti, zda bude přínosné zřízení speciálně proškolených policistů a zda se budou chtít vzdělávat ve vztahu k romskému etniku.The objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the problems in communication and coexistence between the Roma ethnic group and the Police. This thesis describes the possible ways of training police officers not only within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic but also by means of funds and grants that the Czech Republic has obtained. The empirical part is based on the opinions of police officers, whether training police officers is necessary, whether police officers of the Czech Republic are sufficiently and purposefully trained to the needs of their daily work activities, whether the establishment of specially trained police officers will be beneficial and whether they want to be trained in relation to the Roma Ethnic Group.
