Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím magnetické rezonance v kardiologii. Je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická, kterou tvoří základy anatomie srdce a teorie magnetické rezonance. Druhá, praktická část, která je zaměřena na indikace vhodné pro MRI srdce, typy sekvencí a specifické techniky měření, nutné při zobrazování MRI srdce, plánování a přípravu pacienta před vyšetřením srdce magnetickou rezonancí.This bachelor thesis is focused on Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging. It is spitted into two parts, the first part, theoretical, is based on heart anatomy and the theory of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The second part is about the indication for Cardiac MRI, the types of imagine sequences and specific measurement technique necessary for Cardiac MRI, planning and description of patient preparation before Cardiac MRI.
