Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku psychoedukace u osob se smíšenou úzkostně depresivní poruchou. Na psychoedukaci je zde nahlíženo optikou andragogiky. Cílem práce je popsat proces psychoedukace ve všech jeho aspektech a aplikovat jej na návrh krátkého psychoedukačního kurzu pro osoby se smíšenou úzkostně depresivní chorobou. Druhým cílem této práce je pomocí metody scoping review analyzovat jaký je efekt využití psychoedukace u dospělých osob s úzkostnými poruchami. Práce obsahuje definování pojmu psychoedukace a jeho propojení s teorií andragogiky, stručný popis smíšené úzkostně depresivní choroby a její léčby, krátký návrh projektu psychoedukačního kurzu pro osoby se smíšenou úzkostně depresivní poruchou a scoping review se zaměřením na efekt využití psychoedukace u osob s úzkostnými poruchami.This thesis focuses on the topic of the psychoeducation of people that suffer from mixed anxiety depressive disorder. In this case, psychoeducation is examined from the point of view of andragogy. The aim of this paper is to describe the process of psychoeducation in all of its aspects and apply it to a guide for a short psychoeducational course for people with mixed anxiety depressive disorder. The second objective of the thesis is to analyse the effect of the use of psychoeducation on adults with anxiety disorders using the scoping review method. The paper contains the definition of the term psychoeducation and its link to the theory of andragogy, a brief description of the mixed anxiety-depressive disorder and its treatment, a short guide to the psychoeducational course project for people with mixed anxiety depressive disorder, and a scoping review with the focus on the effect of the use of psychoeducation in people with anxiety disorders.
