Tato magisterská práce se zabývá zobrazením mateřství v románech Dorsvloer vol confetti (2009), De woongroep (2014) a Hoor nu mijn stem (2017) nizozemské autorky Franky Treurové. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s mateřstvím jako tématem v současné nizozemské literatuře. V druhé kapitole je stručně nastíněna problematika mateřství v románech Franky Treurové. Třetí kapitola popisuje vývoj pohledu na mateřství v nizozemské společnosti od konce 19. století do současnosti. Závěrečné tři kapitoly jsou poté věnovány analýze jednotlivých románů, se zaměřením na zkoumané téma, přičemž je zobrazení mateřství v románech Franky Treurové umístěno do kontextu současné nizozemské prózy o mateřství a do kontextu historických změn v pohledu na toto téma v nizozemské společnosti.This Master's thesis deals with the representation of motherhood in the novels Dorsvloer vol confetti (2009), De woongroep (2014) en Hoor nu mijn stem (2017) by the Dutch writer Franca Treur. The first chapter is devoted to motherhood as a topic in contemporary Dutch literary fiction. The second chapter provides an outline of the motherhood-problematic in the three novels. The third chapter describes changing views on motherhood in Dutch society from the late 19th century until the present day. The final three chapters offer a detailed analysis of the single novels. The representation of motherhood in Dorsvloer vol confetti, De woongroep and Hoor nu mijn stem is contextualized in the setting of both contemporary Dutch literary fiction thematically devoted to motherhood and changes in the view on motherhood.
