Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou poruch hlasu u akademických pracovníků v Olomouci. Teoretická východiska přináší základní informace o lidském hlase, etiologii, symptomatologii, klasifikaci, diagnostice hlasových poruch, hlasových profesionálech a hlasové hygieně. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá vlivem věku a dodržování zásad hlasové hygieny na výskyt hlasových poruch, které byly zjišťovány pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku Voice Handicap Index.This diploma thesis is concerned with the voice disorders of the academic staff of Palacký University, Olomouc. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a summary of existing elemental knowledge of the human voice, its etiology, symptomatology, classification and the diagnosis of voice disorders, along with descriptions of voice professionals and voice hygiene. The practical part of this thesis presents the results of a research project concerning the influence of age and the abidance of voice hygiene routines on the occurrence of voice disorders. The research was performed using the Voice Handicap Index questionnaire.
