Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu u učitelek základních škol. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat strukturu dimenzí psychického vztahu učitelek ve vztahu k normě; popsat profil dimenzí zvládání stresu a srovnat jej s normou a též analyzovat vybrané koreláty. V teoretické části práce objasňujeme současné ekonomické, sociální a psychologické problémy učitelů. Dále charakterizujeme povolání učitelů, zaměřujeme se na stres a na jeho zvládání. Nakonec objasňujeme specifika života a práce učitelek. Jedná se o kvantitativní typ výzkumu. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo 57 učitelek 4 základních škol. Z výzkumných metod byly použity dva dotazníky, a to SUPOS 7 a SVF 78. Data jsme zpracovávali pomocí Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu. Na základě výsledků jsme zjistili několik signifikantních vztahů (při p < 0,05) mezi proměnnými věk, délka praxe a vybranými proměnnými psychického stavu.Bachelor thesis deals with the stress issues of primary school female teachers. Aim of the thesis was to take a close look at structure of psychological relationship of female teachers towards standard conditions; to describe stress management dimensions and compare these with standard conditions as well as analyze selected correlates. In theoretical part of thesis, we clarify current economic, social and psychological problems of teachers. Then, we characterize teaching as a profession and we focus on stress management. Finally, we clarify specifics of teachers' life and work. We used a quantitative research. There were 57 teachers of 4 Primary schools involved in a research survey. We used two questionnaires, SUPOS 7 a SVF 78. The data were processed by the Pearson correlation coefficient. Based on the results, we found several significant relations (at p < 0,05) among variables age, practice lenght and selected variables of psychological state.
