Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rané pěstounské péče z pohledu osoby pěstouna a jeho rodiny. Cílem práce bylo přiblížit ranou pěstounskou péči z běžného pohledu těchto osob a zjistit jak ranou pěstounskou péči vnímají a prožívají, jaký mají vztah k přicházejícím dětem a jak přítomnost dětí ovlivňuje pěstouny a jejich rodiny a celkové rodinné fungování. Dále bylo cílem objasnit zátěžové a problematické oblasti, se kterými se potýkají. Teoretická část bakalářské práce poskytla podklad pro část výzkumnou. V teoretické části byly vymezeny oblasti týkající se historie péče o ohrožené děti, důvody pro zajištění a potřebnost náhradní péče, legislativní ukotvení a aktuální formy péče o ohrožené děti. V práci byly přiblíženy i psychologické aspekty na straně dítěte v raném věku jako jsou jeho potřeby a psychický vývoj. Taktéž byla přiblížena problematika psychické deprivace, možnosti nápravy a dopady ústavní péče na dítě. V neposlední řadě byla nastíněna specifika rané pěstounské péče a psychologické aspekty se zaměřením na dítě, pěstouna a jeho rodinu. Byl přiblížen proces rané pěstounské péče a vymezeny přednosti a úskalí této formy péče. Výsledky výzkumné části práce byly získány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti pěstouny na přechodnou dobu ve formě rané pěstounské péče a devíti osobami z řad rodinných příslušníků pěstounů. Výsledky pomohly přiblížit prožívání a vnímání rané pěstounské péče ze strany pěstounů a jejich rodin, nahlédnout do jejich vztahu k dětem a do jejich zkušeností, zjistit vliv na rodinu, objasnit motivaci pěstounů k výkonu rané pěstounské péče a taktéž zmapovat zátěžové a problematické oblasti a navrhnout případné podněty ať už k zamyšlení či samotnému zlepšení. Výsledky práce mohou posloužit jako doporučení pro zlepšení práce s pěstouny ve formě rané pěstounské péče a jejich rodinami, avšak také se samotnými dětmi v ohrožení, případně i pro zájemce o poskytování této formy péče.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of early foster care from the perspective of a foster parent and his family. The aim of bachelor thesis was to approach the early foster care from the common viewpoint of these persons and to find out how they perceive and experience early foster care, what relationship they have to incoming children and how the presence of children affects the foster parents and their families and the whole functioning of the family. The aim was also to clarify stressful and problematic area which they meet. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis provided the background for research part. In the theoretical part there were defined areas concerning the histrory of care for children at risk situation, the reasons for ensuring and necessity of alternative care of children, legislative anchoring and current forms of care for children at risk. Work also included psychological aspects on the part of the child at early age such as his needs and psychological development. There was also approached the issue of psychological deprivation, the possibility of remedy and the impact of institutional care on the child. Last but not least, there were outlined the specifics of early foster care and psychological aspects focused on the child, the foster parent and his family. The process of early foster care has been approached and advantages and pitfalls of this form of care have been defined. The results of the research part of the bachelor thesis were obtained through semi-structured interview with ten temporary foster parents in the form of early foster care and nine persons from the family members of the foster parents. The results helped to show the experiencing and the perception of early foster care from the point of view of the foster parents and their families, to insight into their relationship to the children and their experiences, to find out the influence on the family, to explain the motivation of foster parents to provide early foster care and also to map stressful and problematic areas and to propose possible incentives for reflection or improvement. The results of the work can serve as a recommendation for improving work with foster parents in the form of early foster care and their families, but also with children at risk, or even those who are interested in providing this form of care.
