Předkládaná dizertační práce se zaměřuje na to, zda přírodní látky sulforafan a jeho enantiomery, metabolity sulforafanu, vybrané stilbenoidy a anthokyaniny interagují s biotransformačními enzymy cytochromy P450 a zda sulforafan vstupuje do lidských hepatocytů. Cílem bylo sledovat změny aktivit CYP vlivem studovaných sloučenin a zhodnotit riziko vzniku potenciálních nežádoucích účinků léčiv při společném podávání.The aim of this work are interactions of naturale compounds sulforaphane and its enantiomers, metabolites of sulforapahane, selected stilbenoids and anthocyanins with drug metabolizing enzymes cytochromes P450 in human liver microsomes. Analysis of the entry of sulforaphane into human hepatocytes has been investigated. This work is focused on changes in enzyme activities of CYP caused by compounds studied and on evaluation the risk of possible drug interactions.
