Práce pojednává o právu na informace jakožto ústavně zaručeném právu a věnuje se především interpretačním problémům spojených s tímto právem a určitým limitacím, které korigují toto právo. Primárně práce cílí zejména na sledování a definování limitace práva na informace při jeho střetu s právem na ochranu soukromí a osobních údajů a dále také na komparaci se svobodou projevu vzhledem k možností omezení těchto práv. Důležitou součástí práce je rovněž poukázání na nejasnosti související s povahou tohoto práva a z toho vznikající interpretační problémy.Diploma thesis deals with the right to information as a constitutional right and focuses on interpretation problems associated with this law and certain limitations, which precise this right. Main target of this thesis is review and define the limitations of the right to information in its conflict with the right to privacy and protection of personal data, and also on a comparison of the freedom of expression due to the possibility of limiting such rights. An important part of the thesis is also pointing to the uncertainties related to the essentiality of the law and of the emerging problems of interpretation.
