En este trabajo nos ocupamos del estudio comparativo y análisis de dos novelas de Benito Pérez Galdós. El objetivo es observar cómo Benito Pérez Galdós refleja los conflictos sociales en sus novelas. Al principio hemos hecho el resumen de la situación socio-histórica del siglo XIX, también hemos esbozado el tema de la novela realista y nos hemos acercado a la obra del autor, su estilo y su técnica literaria. Asimismo nos hemos dedicado al tema del conflicto social desde el punto de vista teórico y luego hemos analizado detalladamente las obras que hemos elegido, enfocándonos en los conflictos sociales.This work deals with the comparative study and analysis of two novels written by Benito Pérez Galdós. The aim is to observe how Benito Pérez Galdós reflects social conflicts in his novels. At the beginning we have made the summary of the socio-historical situation of the 19th century, we have also sketched the theme of the realistic novel and we have approached the work of the author, his style and his literary technique. We have also paid attention to the issue of social conflict and then we have analyzed in detail the works we have chosen, focusing on social conflicts.
