Bakalářská práce je návrhem projektu založení nevládní, neziskové organizace, zaměřené na podporu soběstačnosti seniorů a pečujících osob žijících v obci Dolany a v přilehlých obcích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a konkrétní návrh založení zapsaného spolku "Poradna s pečovatelskou službou z.s.". V teoretické části práce je specifikována nezisková organizace, její místo v národním hospodářství a historie neziskových organizací v českém prostředí. Následuje kapitola popisující sociální služby včetně způsobu jejich registrace. Dále se práce zabývá legislativním postupem založení neziskové organizace a možnostmi finančního, hmotného a personálního zajištění. Konkrétně je definován postup založení právní formy "zapsaný spolek". Teoretickou část práce uzavírá kapitola věnovaná sociální práci v obci a stručně je představena obec Dolany. Následuje návrh projektu založení organizace. Zde je předložen cíl, předmět činnosti, způsob finančního, hmotného a personálního zajištění projektu, legislativní postup založení zapsaného spolku a v závěru práce jsou shrnuty předpoklady a rizika úspěšnosti projektu. Práce je doplněna několika analýzami, konkrétně STEEP a SWOT analýzou, analýzou konkurence a zainteresovaných skupin. Přílohou práce je návrh stanov zapsaného spolku "Poradna s pečovatelskou službou z.s.".This bachelor thesis is a proposal of a project to establish a non-governmental non-profit organisation aimed at supporting the self-sufficiency of seniors and carers living in the village of Dolany and adjacent villages. The paper is divided into a theoretical part and a specific proposal for the foundation of the registered association (zapsaný spolek) "Poradna s pečovatelskou službou z.s." (Advisory Centre with Nursing Services). The non-profit organisation, its position in the national economy, and the history of non-profit organisations in the Czech environment are specified in the theoretical part. This is followed by a chapter describing social services, including the way they are registered. The thesis further deals with the legislative procedure for founding a non-profit organisation, and possibilities for financial, material and staff resources. Specifically, the procedure for founding an organisation with the legal form "registered association" is defined. The theoretical part of the thesis concludes with a chapter devoted to social work in Dolany and briefly presents the village. This is followed by a proposal for founding the organization, which presents its aim, the subject matter of its activities, the method of providing financial, material and staff resources for the project, and the legislative procedure for founding a registered association. The paper concludes with a summary of the risks and successes of the project. The thesis is supplemented with a number of analyses, specifically a STEEP and SWOT analysis, a competitor analysis and a stakeholder analysis. A draft of the statutes of the registered association "Poradna s pečovatelskou službou z.s." forms an Annex to the paper.
