Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika sociální práce s cizinci v integračních centrech z pozic sociálních pracovníků. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjisit specifika sociální práci s cizinci ze třetích zemí na základě rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky z devíti integračních center v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu cizinců a to jak vysvětlení důležitých pojmů, ale také přiblížení pobytové problematiky občanů z třetích zemí. Jedna kapitola je věnována Centrům na podporu integrace cizinců, kde je prováděna praktická část mé práce. Praktická část byla realizována pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Pomocí těchto rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že sociální pracovníci vidí sociální práci s cizinci jako zcela specifické odvětví sociální práce. Při výkonu sociální práce se nejčastěji setkávají s problémem jazykové bariéry, kterou se snaží řešit pomocí zapojení tlumočníků či komunitních pracovníků. Mimo jiné se potýkají s kulturními specifiky a problémy s adaptací a dalšími specifickými problémy.The bachelor thesis is focused on the specifics of social work with foreigners in integration centers from the positions of social workers. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the specifics of social work with foreigners from third countries based on interviews with social workers from nine integration centers in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the topic of foreigners, both explaining the important concepts, but also approaching the residence issue of citizens from third countries. One chapter is devoted to Centers for the Support of the Integration of Foreigners, where a practical part of my work is carried out. The practical part was realized through semi-structured interviews. These interviews found that social workers see social work with foreigners as a very specific sector of social work. In performing social work, they most often encounter the problem of the language barrier they are trying to solve by involving interpreters or community workers. Among other things, they are confronted with cultural specifics and problems with adaptation and other specific problems.
