Tato práce si klade za cíl zpřístupnit badatelům Zemského archivu v Opavě písemnosti největšího výrobce nealkoholických nápojů v bývalém Severomoravském kraji, státního podniku Nealkoholické nápoje Olomouc formou archivního inventáře.This bachelor thesis presents an archive inventory a tool for researchers in the archive. The first chapter deals firstly with the administrative development of the city of Olomouc in the years 1945-1960. Second part of the first chapter describes the history and emergence of the largest producer of non-alcoholic beverages in the North Moravian Region, the company Nealkoholické nápoje s. p. Olomouc. The second chapter describes what was done with the documents in the company archive of Nealkoholické nápoje before they were taken over to the Land archive in Opava. The third chapter is an analysis of the entire archive fund, justifying the way how is the archive inventory organized and describes the status of the archive materials. Penultimate chapter discusses what interesting documents can be found in the Nealkoholické nápoje and how researchers can use it.
