Tato diplomová práce přináší nová zjištění o tom, jak si žáci druhého stupně základní školy představují ideálního učitele a vztah s ním. Přináší informace o tom, jaké by měl mít ideální učitel vlastnosti či dovednosti, jaké faktory ve výuce žáci oceňují a jaké naopak odmítají přijmout. V teoretické části se věnuji osobnosti učitele, jeho profesi a nárokům, které jsou na tuto profesi kladeny. Dále se zabývám žáky a faktory, které na žáky ve školním prostředí mohou působit. Dále popisuji pedagogickou komunikaci a nakonec samotný vztah učitele se žáky. Empirická část poté představuje kvalitativní výzkum, který jsem věnovala problematice ideálního učitele a vztahu s ním. Zde popisuji cíle, výzkumné otázky, zkoumaný vzorek a metodu, kterou jsem použila k vyhodnocení získaných dat. Na závěr přináším výsledky analýzy získaných dat a tedy závěrečný obraz ideálního učitele z pohledu žáků.This diploma thesis brings the new findings about the second grader student´s ideas about the ideal teacher and the relationship with him. It provides the information about the ideal teacher´s characters and skills, it provides factors in the classwork which the pupils appreciate and which factors they refuse to accept. The theoretical part deals with the personality of the teacher, his profession and the requierements, which are placed to this profession. Then I deal with the pupils and the factors which can affect the pupils in the school environment. I also describe the pedagogical communication and then the teacher´s relationship with the pupils. The empirical part represents the qualitative research which I devoted to the issue of the ideal teacher and the relationship with him. In this part I describe the main goals, the research questions, the researched sample and the method, which I used to evaluate the obtained facts. Finally, I bring the results of the analysis of the obtained facts and therefore the final picture of the ideal teacher from the point of view of the pupils.
