V diplomové práci "Předpokládané vlivy klimatických změn na rýžoviště v Číně a Indii" jsem se věnovala problematice klimatických změn, jejich dopadu na rýžová pole v Číně a Indii a souvislosti daných událostí s potravinovou bezpečností. Ve vlastním výzkumu jsem srovnávala mapy rýžovišť Číny a Indie, mapy současných srážek a teplot a mapy vyobrazující budoucí hodnoty srážek a teplot v daných zemích. To jsem porovnávala s vhodnými klimatickými podmínkami pro pěstování rýže. Výsledkem výzkumu jsou mapy vyobrazující oblasti rýžovišť, která zaniknou nebo budou narušena a oblasti, kde by mohla nová rýžoviště vzniknout.Diploma thesis entitled Prediction of Climate Changes Impacts on the Rice Fields in China and India deals with interactions between climate changes and food security in the most important developing countries of Asia China and India. The research was based on comparison of the maps of the rice fields of China and India, the maps of current precipitation and temperatures and the maps showing the future precipitation and temperatures. Assessment of food security was aimed to the suitable climatic conditions for rice growing in the study area. The results of the thesis present the areas of the rice fields that will cease to exist or be disturbed and the areas where the new rice fields can be established under predicted climate changes.
