Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kardiovaskuárního metabolického syndromu a popisuje specifika pohybové léčby u seniorů s touto diagnózou. V úvodní části práce je rozebrána definice kardiovaskulárního metabolického syndromu, jeho etiologie a rizikové faktory. Další část práce popisuje nejčastější kardiovaskulární onemocnění spojené s tímto syndromem. V závěru práce jsou uvedena základní specifika a možnosti pohybové léčby u seniorů s touto problematikou. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacienta s kardiovaskulárním metabolickým syndromem.This Bachelor thesis describes the specifics aspects of exercise therapy in patients with cardiovascular metabolic syndrome. In the first part of the thesis is described the definition of the syndrome, its etiology and risk factors. Then the most frequent cardiovascular diseases are mentioned and finally thera are described the specific aspects of exercise therapy in elderly patients with this syndrome. The thesis also includes casuistry of a patient with cardiovascular metabolic syndrome.
