Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku genderu v oblasti komunikace učitele a učitelky na prvním stupni základní školy. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní poznatky z genderové problematiky včetně historie, je zde vymezena komunikace a její druhy. Dále je rozebrána pedagogická komunikace, a to i v praxi se zaměřením na gender. Součástí empirické části je kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkumné šetření zjišťovalo, zda je pedagogická komunikace učitele a učitelky na 1. stupni základní školy vůči žactvu rozdílná.This thesis deals with issue of gender in communication of teacher at primary school. The theoretical part focuses basic knowledges of gender issues including history, then are defined communication and its types. Further, pedagogical communication is discussed, even in practice with a focus on gender. Part of the empirical part is qualitative research. The research survey found out whether the pedagogical communication of teacher at primary school is different.
