Bakalářská práce "Připravenost pedagogů na integraci v mateřské škole" se zabývá připraveností pedagogů na integraci dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na integrační směr a popisuje poradenský systém v České republice. Také charakterizuje dítě se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a zabývá se pedagogickou přípravou a celoživotním vzděláváním. V empirické části práce je předložen kvalitativní výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a údaje byly analyzovány metodou zakotvené teorie. Cílem práce je charakterizovat připravenost pedagogů na integraci v mateřské škole.The bachelor thesis on "The Teacher´s readiness for integration in kindergarten" looks into the preparedness of pedagogues for the integration of the children with special educational needs. The theoretical part is focused on the integration and the advisory system of the Czech Republic. Moreover it characterizes the child with special educational needs, and deals with the pedagogical preparation as well as the lifelong learning. The empiric part of the thesis puts forward the qualitative research for which the semi-structured interview was used. The gathered information was analyzed by using the grounded theory method. The main goal of the thesis is focused on the readiness of pedagogues for the integration in a maternity school.
