Bakalářská práce shrnuje nejnovější poznatky o dispenzarizaci žen s vysokým rizikem karcinomu prsu. Věnuje se popisu obecné dispenzarizace, rizikových faktorů a vybraných modelů pro klasifikaci rizika karcinomu prsu, také i genetickému testování. Dále charakterizuje jednotlivé neinvazivní zobrazovací metody používané při sledování žen s vysokým rizikem karcinomu prsu, postup při vyšetření, jejich výhody a nevýhody.The bachelor thesis summarizes recent findings of dispensary for women with a high risk of breast cancer. It describes general dispensary, risk factors, selected models of classification the risk of breast cancer and genetic testing. It also describes the various noninvasive imaging methods used for monitoring women at high risk of breast cancer, a procedure of the examination, their advantages and disadvantages.
