Multisenzorická integrácia je pozoruhodný proces, ktorý v posledných rokoch nachádza využitie v rehabilitácii neurologických pacientov. Cieľom tejto práce je zhrnúť poznatky o tomto procese, jeho lokalizácii a využití jeho princípov v rehabilitačných technikách, a nakoniec konfrontovať výsledky štúdií, skúmajúcich ich význam v rehabilitácii pacientov po ikte. Na tvorbu tejto práce bolo použitých 77 odborných článkov, ktoré boli vyhľadávané v databázach PubMed, EBSCO, Science Direct a Google Scholar pomocou anglických ekvivalentov kľúčových slov: multisenzorická integrácia, neurorehabilitácia, crossmodal ilúzie, zrkadlová terapia, ilúzia gumovej ruky, virtuálna realita. Všeobecne z výsledkov štúdií vyplynulo, že pri rehabilitácii dolných končatín a chôdze, horných končatín a neglect syndrómu sú techniky multisenzorickej integrácie účinné, no štúdií, ktoré ich vplyvy skúmajú je primálo na to, aby boli techniky zahrnuté do bežného rehabilitačného procesu.Multisensory integration is a notable process which is beginning to be applied in rehabilitation of neurological patients in the past few years. The aim of this thesis is to sum up information about this process, its localization and the use of its principles in rehabilitation techniques and to confront results of various studies which examined their relevance in rehabilitation of patients after stroke. There were 77 scientific articles used in this thesis and they have been searched in the databases PubMed, EBSCO, Science Direct and Google Scholar using the key words: multisensory integration, neurorehabilitation, crossmodal illusions, mirror therapy, rubber hand illusion, virtual reality. The results of the studies generally showed that techniques based on multisensory integration have a good impact on the rehabilitation of lower limbs and gait, upper limbs and neglect syndrome, but the number of these studies is too low for the techniques to be included in a regular rehabilitation process.
