Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fibromyalgického syndromu a uvádí možnosti jeho ovlivnění v rámci fyzioterapie. Práce vychází z novodobých studií poukazujících na trendy v léčbě tohoto syndromu. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, zda jsou prostředky fyzioterapie přínosnou metodou v léčbě a zmírnění obtíží fibromyalgického syndromu, a jaké prostředky terapie je vhodné použít k ovlivnění jeho specifických symptomů. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty obecné poznatky týkající se diagnostiky a léčby s důrazem na fyzioterapeutickou intervenci v této problematice. V diskusi je nastíněn vývoj léčebného procesu a popsán význam a úskalí práce fyzioterapeuta.This bachelor thesis deals with fibromyalgia syndrome and introduces the possibilities of treatment with physiotherapy. The thesis is based on current studies and refers to the trends of treatment of this syndrome. The aim of the work is to answer the question of whether physiotherapy can mitigate the symptoms and difficulties of fibromyalgia syndrome. It also suggests which types of therapy are suitable to treat the specific symptoms. General knowledge regarding diagnostics and treatment with an emphasis on the ability of the physiotherapist to intervene in this diagnosis is summarised in the introductory part. The discussion outlines the development of the healing process and describes the meaning and problems of the physiotherapist's work.
