Předmětem přehledové bakalářské práce je problematika výskytu inkontinence moči po porodu v souvislosti s těhotenstvím a porodem. První část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující rozvoj inkontinence moči a předkládá poznatky o vlivu těhotenství a porodu na její rozvoj. Druhá část je zaměřena na diagnostiku močové inkontinence v období po porodu a možnosti eliminace výskytu močové inkontinence pomocí cvičení a posilování svalstva pánevního dna. Současně také zmiňuje možnosti edukativní činnosti porodní asistentky v prevenci či zmírnění výskytu inkontinence moči. Cílem bylo dohledat dostupné informace a poskytnout ucelený přehled o výskytu močové inkontinence v souvislosti s těhotenstvím a porodem.The topic of summarizing bachelor ´s thesis are the problems of the urinary incontinence occurence after the childbirth in connection with the pregnancy and the childbirth. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis concentrates on the factors influencing the development of urinary incontinence and presents the knowledge about the influence of the pregnancy and childbirth for its development. The second part is focused on the diagnosis of urinary incontinence in the period after the childbirth and the possibilities of elimination of the urinary incontinence occurence with the help of exercises and strengthening muscle pelvic floor. At the same time it also mentions the possibilities of educative activity of midwife in the prevention or reduction of the urinary incontinence occurence. The aim was to find available information and provide complete summary about the urinary incontinence in connection with the pregnancy and the childbirth.
