Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou krvácení v prvním trimestru těhotenství u žen s prokázanou intrauterinní graviditou. Jsou v ní sumarizovány poznatky o příčinách krvácení v raném těhotenství, diagnostických postupech vedoucích k ověření viability plodu a léčbě perspektivní gravidity i časné těhotenské ztráty. Přináší informace o vlivu krvácení na možné komplikace v těhotenství a také o následcích spojených s časnou těhotenskou ztrátou. Závěr práce je věnován péči porodní asistentky o ženu s krvácením v prvním trimestru těhotenství.The present bachelors thesis deals with the issue of bleeding among women suffering from proven intrauterine gravidity during the first trimester of pregnancy.The study summarizes findings on causation of bleeding in the early pregnancy, diagnostic procedures leading to verification of the viability of a foetus and the perspective gravidity treatment as well as the early pregnancy loss. The thesis presents information about the influence of bleeding on potential complications throughout the pregnancy, together with consequences connected with the early pregnancy loss.The conclusion of the study characterizes a treatment provided by a birth attendant to a woman suffering from bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy.
