Tato bakalářská práce je sumarizací nejnovějších poznatků v oblasti resuscitace novorozence. Velká část práce je věnována prospěšnému odloženému přerušení pupečníku a také tzv. milkingu. Práce je rozčleněna na postupy vhodné pro donošené, zralé novorozence a nedonošené, nezralé novorozence. Poznatky jsou zaměřeny i na poresuscitační péči o dítě. Zejména se pojednává o první hodině života novorozence, která zásadně ovlivní budoucí život dítěte a terapeutické hypotermii, která je doporučenou léčebnou metodou. Dále práce srovnává postupy v resuscitaci novorozence v letech 2005, 2010 a 2015 a hodnotí jejich změny, které nejsou, kromě několika bodů, příliš zásadní. Některé části textu jsou věnovány etickým dilematům resuscitace nezralých novorozenců v tzv. šedé zóně. V závěru práce je hodnoceno školení zdravotníku a nácviku praktických postupů v oblasti resuscitace.This bachelor thesis is a summary of the latest developments in neonatal resuscitation. The big part of the thesis is dedicated to benefits of delayed break the umbilical cord and also self-styled milking. The work is divided into procedures appropriate for the full term, mature newborns and premature newborns. Knowledge focuses on the post-resuscitation care for the child. Especially, it is about the first hour of the newborn life, which fundamentally affects the future life of the child and the therapeutic hypothermia, which is recommended the treatment method. The thesis compares practices in resuscitation of newborns in 2005, 2010 and 2015 and evaluates changes that are noncritical, except for a few points. Some parts of the text are devoted to the ethical dilemmas in the resuscitation of premature newborns called a gray zone. The conclusion evaluates training of medical staff and practices in resuscitation.
