Umělé ukončení těhotenství v I. trimestru je jedním z nejvíce diskutovaných bioetických témat současnosti. Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá představením aktuálních poznatků v oblasti farmakologické a chirurgické metody umělého ukončení těhotenství (UUT) v I. trimestru. V poslední kapitole jsou předloženy aktuální poznatky o péči porodní asistentky o ženu při UUT a rozdíly v této péči ve světě. Ze získaných informací vyplývá, že farmakologická metoda je spojena s méně komplikacemi než chirurgická metoda. Zahraniční a česká literatura, která byla v práci použita, byla vyhledána v databázích PubMed, EBSCO, GOOGLE Scholar, GOOGLE rozšířené vyhledávání.Nowadays the induced abortion during the first trimester is one of the most discussed bioethical issues. This bachelor thesis presents the current knowledge regarding pharmacological and surgical methods of an induced abortion in the first trimester. The last chapter describes the current experience and differences in midwifery care of a woman during an induced abortion in the first trimester in different countires of the world. The available information indicates that the medical abortion results in fewer complications than the surgical abortion in first trimester. The Czech and foreign literature was sourced from the following databases: PubMed, Medvik, EBSCO and Google Scholar.
