Práce je zaměřena na využití thiokyanatanů pro přípravu heterocyklických sloučenin. Připravené estery 2-amino-5-thiokyanatobenzoové kyseliny byly využity pro přípravu chinolonu a triazoloxazepinonu. Další část práce se zabývá deriváty 2-aminobenzothiazolu. Hlavní způsoby přípravy 2-aminobenzothiazolu jsou shrnuty v teoretické části. Některé z těchto reakcí byly ověřovány i v experimentální části při modifikaci kyseliny anthranilové. V práci jsou popisovány i produkty reakcí 2-(3-benzoylthioureido)benzoové kyseliny.The study was focused on the use of thiocyanates for the preparation of heterocyclic compounds. 2-Amino-5-thiocyanatobenzoic acid esters were used for the preparation of quinolone and triazoloxazepinone. Another part of the thesis deal with derivatives of 2-aminobenzothiazole. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the main methods of preparation of 2-aminobenzothiazole. Some of these reactions were also verified in the experimental part for the modification of anthranilic acid. The products of reactions of 2-(3-benzoylthioureido) benzoic acid are also described in the work.
