Bakalářská práce shrnuje nejnovější poznatky o radioterapii s modulovanou intenzitou a radioterapii řízené obrazem. Ze začátku se věnuje popisu vlastností ionizujícího záření, jeho biologických účinků a zdrojů, využívaných v zevní radioterapii. Dále se zaměřuje na charakteristiku principů technik IMRT a IGRT, popisuje jejích technická řešení a jejích kladné a záporné stránky. Věnuje se algoritmu plánování radioterapeutické léčby a poukazuje na odlišnosti při plánování pro účely IMRT techniky. V poslední části jsou uvedeny možnosti využití daných technik v klinické praxi.The bachelor thesis summarizes the newest findings about intensity modulated radiotherapy and image-guilded radiotherapy. At the beginning it deals with the description of ionizing radiation, its biological effects and sources used in external radiotherapy. It then focuses on the characteristics of the principles of IMRT and IGRT techniques, describes their technical solutions and their positive and negative aspects. It also deals with planning algorithm of radiotherapy treatment and points out the differences in planning for IMRT technique. The last part includes the description of the usage of those techniques in clinical practice.
