Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hlubokou mozkovou stimulací, a to hlavně u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Jsou zde shrnuty základní informace o této léčebné metodě, nejnovější přístupy a efekt stimulace na jednotlivé symptomy Parkinsonovi nemoci, především pak na poruchy chůze a instabilitu. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacienta s implantovanou hlubokou mozkovou stimulací a návrh rehabilitační péče.This bachelor paper deals with a deep brain stimulation, mainly at the patients who suffer from Parkinson's Disease. There is basic information about this treatment method, the newest approaches and the impact of stimulation on particular symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, especially on gait disorders and postural instability. The case study of a patient with implanted deep brain stimulation is included, alongside with a rehabilitation proposal plan.
