Tato bakalářská práce především shrnuje současné poznatky o dětském nitroočním nádoru, informuje o moderních technologiích léčby a upozorňuje na důležitost včasného rozpoznání retinoblastomu. V první části je popsána základní charakteristika onemocnění. Hlavní část práce tvoří klinický obraz retinoblastomu, diagnostika, léčba, prognóza a screening. Poslední kapitola se věnuje ukázkám případových studií některých pacientů s tímto onemocněním.This thesis summarizes the current knowledge of children's intraocular tumor, informs about modern technologies of treatment and draws attention to the importance of early detection of retinoblastoma. The first part describes the basic characteristics of the disease. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the clinical manifestation of retinoblastoma, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and screening. The last chapter is focused on examples of case studies of patients suffering from this disease.
