Bakalářská práce "Nové trendy v operativě" bude pojednávat o současných možnostech chirurgické léčby vybraných onemocnění a zejména o metodách a postupech využití nejnovějších laserů současné doby. Podrobněji se budu věnovat celosvětově nejznámějšímu chirurgickému zákroku operací katarakty neboli šedého zákalu. Mimo to budou v práci uvedeny nejmodernější metody řešení odstranění běžných očních vad, jako je krátkozrakost nebo dalekozrakost včetně možných kombinací s astigmatismem. Dále se bude práce věnovat řešení keratokonu metodou CXL (corneal crosslinking) a ICRS (intrastromální korneální ring). V práci budou uvedeny časté plastické a estetické výkony, zejména operace očních víček.The thesis "New trends in operations" will deal with current options of surgical treatment of particular illnesses and mainly with methods and procedures of the usage of the newest lasers of current time. I am going to deal with a global most popular surgery, namely, cataract surgery in detail. Apart from that, there will be the most modern methods of removal of ordinary eye defects such myopia or farsightedness mentioned in the thesis including possible combinations with astigmatism. Furthermore, the thesis is going to handle solution of keratoconus by a CXL (corneal crosslinking) method and ICRS (intrastromal corneal ring). There will be frequent plastic and aesthetic operations given in the thesis, mainly, surgery of eyelids.
