Táto práca sa zaoberá hlavne popisom zmien refrakcie pri keratokonuse a možnosťami jej vyšetrenia. V úvode je rozvinutý stručný popis keratokonusu, nasledujú jednotlivé refrakčné vady pre neho typické a kapitola venovaná aberáciam vyšších rádov. Nasleduje popis metód objektívnej a subjektívnej refrakcie. Práca je zakončená popisom vybraných vplyvov keratokonusu na refrakciu.This bachelor´s thesis deals with the keratoconus induced changes of the refraction. Thesis involves a short general description of the keratoconus followed by description of the refractive errors and the higher order aberrations. Second part involves description of the metods of objective and subjective refraction. Last chapter is devoted to the description of chosen influences of the keratoconus on the refraction.
