Protilátky jsou látky bílkovinné povahy a jsou produkovány B - lymfocyty jako součást imunitní odpovědi. Mají schopnost specificky rozpoznat a vázat antigen. Interakce protilátky a antigenu je základem imunochemických metod, které mají široké uplatnění v biologii i medicíně pro diagnostické a terapeutické účely. Cílem této práce bylo otestovat a určit základní charakteristiky 3 typů protilátek proti rostlinným hormonům - auxinům. Protilátka s nejlepšími vlastnostmi byla následně použita pro přípravu imunoafinitního gelu a izolaci endogenních auxinů z rostlinného materiálu.Antibodies are immunoglobulins produced by B - lymphocytes. They have the ability to specifically recognize and bind the antigen. Interaction between antibody and a antigen is the principe of immunochemical methods which are widely used in biology and medicine for diagnostic and terapeutic purposes. The aim of this study was to test and determine the basic characteristics of three types of antibodies against plant hormones - auxins. The antibody with the best characteristics was subsequently used for preparation of the immunoaffinity gel and isolation of endogenous auxin from plant material.
