Bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak do procesu integrace cizinců vstupuje majoritní společnost a jakými způsoby je ji možné zapojit na příkladech ze sociální práce. Přístup majoritní společnosti vůči cizincům je shrnut v kontextu se současným migračním trendem v České republice. Práce představuje, jak je chápána role majoritní společnosti v teoretických východiscích integrace i v systému integrační politiky České republiky. Praktická část ukazuje, jak je majoritní společnost zapojována pohledem pracovníků institucí zabývajících se cizinci v Olomouckém kraji.The theses deals with majority society involvement in the foreigners' integration and describes the means of involvement on examples of social work practice. Majority society approach towards foreigners is summarized in the context of the current migration trend in the Czech Republic. The theses presents how the role of the majority is understood in theory of integration as well as in the system of integration policy in the Czech Republic. The practical part presents how the majority society is involved in the process of integration according to the employees of the institutions dealing with foreigners.
