Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí nádorových onemocnění skeletu pomocí scintigrafických metod v planárním a tomografickém zobrazení. Obsahuje popis funkce a konstrukce přístrojů pro scintigrafii, zejména spojení SPECT a počítačového tomografického zobrazování do hybridního sytému SPECT/CT. Bakalářská práce se zaobírá indikacemi a kontraindikacemi scintigrafického vyšetření skeletu i jeho interpretací. Zaměřuje se na aktuální použití SPECT/CT v rámci diagnostiky maligních i benigních kostních onemocnění, především v diagnostice sekundárních kostních nádorů a jejich etiologií. Práci uzavírá popis významu scintigrafie u nádorových onemocnění skeletu. Bakalářská práce čerpá z odborné literatury a studií publikovaných v odborných periodikách a také využívá internetových zdrojů.This thesis deals with the detection of neoplastic bone diseases using scintigraphic techniques in planar and tomographic methods. It contains a description of the function and design of machines for scintigraphy, in particular combination of SPECT and computed tomography imaging system into a hybrid SPECT/CT. Bachelor thesis deals with indications and contraindications for bone scintigraphy and its interpretations. It focuses on the current use of SPECT / CT in the diagnosis of malignant and benign bone diseases, especially in the diagnosis of secondary bone tumors and their etiology. Work concludes description of the importance of scintigraphy in malignant bone diseases. The thesis use information from specialized literature and studies published in professional journals and also utilizes Internet resources.
