Diplomová práce se zabývá ergoterapií a jejím vlivem na jemnou motoriku u pacientů po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. Teoretická část pojednává o příčinách a následcích cévní mozkové příhody, o rehabilitaci u pacientů po iktu, dále o problematice jemné motoriky a rovněž o možnostech jejího hodnocení. Teorie dále popisuje nejznámější testy jemné motoriky včetně Devítikolíkového Testu (Nine-hole Peg Test), který je využíván v rámci výzkumu. Ve výzkumné části je popisována jednotka ergoterapie zaměřená na jemnou motoriku, která je navržena autorkou práce. Účinnost terapie se hodnotí pomocí Devítikolíkového testu u desíti pacientů po iktu s diagnostikovanou hemiparézou. Hodnocení je prováděno celkem šestkrát, a to na začátku a na konci první, páté a desáté ergoterapie. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na efektivitu navržené ergoterapeutické jednotky a to v rámci jedné terapie i celé rehabilitační léčby.This dissertation explores occupational therapy and its influence on fine motor skills of patients with hemiparesis caused by a vascular stroke. The theoretical part investigates causes and consequences of a stroke, rehabilitation of patients after stroke, also problems of fine motor skills as well as possibilities of their assessments. The theory further describes the best??-known tests of fine motor skills, including the Nine?-hole Peg Test that we used within research. The research part describes a unit of occupational therapy aimed at fine motor skills, the unit that autor designed for purpose of the dissertation. The Nine-hole Peg Test assess effeciency with ten patients after a stroke with a diagnosed hemiparesis. The assessments have been carried out six times in total, namely in the beginning of and at the end of the first, the fifth and the tentho ccupational therapy treatments. The results of research point to the effeciency of proposed the occupational therapy unit, that is within one therapy but also within the whole rehabilitation treatment.
