Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interního auditování. Primárním cílem práce je realizovat interní audit ve vybrané společnosti, konkrétně ve společnosti MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část obsahuje informace, které jsou nezbytné pro seznámení se s tématem, a které jsou ne-zbytné pro realizaci interního auditu, zejména s ohledem na požadavky norem ISO 9001 a ISO 19011. V praktické části jsou nejprve uvedeny informace o společnosti a následně je popsán průběh realizovaného interního auditu, včetně zjištění a závěru z auditu. Účelem této práce je také poukázat na významnost interního auditování, plnění požadavků zainteresovaných stran a neustálého zlepšování.This Master´s thesis deals with an internal audit issue. The principal objective is to do the internal audit in chosen company, namelly in MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. The Mas-ter´s thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains all necessary informa-tion for introducing the topic and for the internal´s audit implementation with respect to all relevant standards´ requirements, especially ISO 9001 and ISO 19011. In the practi-cal part, there are details concerning the company and after that there is a real course description of the internal audit including the audit findings and the audit conclusion. The aim of this Master´s thesis is to show the importance of the internal auditing, the fullfilment of requirements of all interested parties and the continual improvement.
