Téma bakalářské práce je Zahraniční pracovní pobyty studentů jako podpora cestovního ruchu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda zahraniční pracovní pobyty mají vliv na cestovní ruch. Autorka popisuje, zda studenti měli možnost cestovat v dané zemi, jaký je hlavní účel jejich zahraničního pobytu a jak si našli práci v zahraničí, zda přes agenturu nebo sami. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmem cestovní ruch, jeho druhy a formy a popisuje faktory rozvoje a rozmístění cestovního ruchu. Dále se práce zabývá pojmem zahraniční pobyty, jejich vysvětlení, rozdělení, možnosti výběru práce v zahraničí a dotazníkovým šetřením. Analytická část byla založena na dotazníkovém šetření, kdy bylo dotazováno 161 respondentů, Z dotazníků lze vyvodit, že studenti nejčastěji vyjíždí na pracovní pobyty jako au pair, na program work and travel a na pracovní pobyty v Evropě.Theme of this thesis is foreign working stays of students as a support of tourism. The aim of the thesis is to describe if foreign working stays are effecting tourism. Author wanted to discover if students could travel in the foreign country, for what reason they choose to participate in the working stays and how they eventually find a job, if they find the job by themselves or with an agency. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the definition of the tourism, its types and forms. Author describes factors of the development and placement of tourism. Author describes foreign stays, its division, explication and finding the job. Author describes questionnaire, its advantages and disadvantages, spreading the survey and its stages. The practical part is based on questionnaire. It was carried out with students who participated in the foreign working stay. 161 respondents were asked. The results of the survey show that majority of respondents participate in the foreign working stays as an au pair, program work and travel and working stays in Europe. Majority of respondents travel in the foreign country during the working stay.
