Cílem této práce je operacionalizování indikátorů transakční analýzy jako nástrojů koučování manažerů. K dosažení tohoto cíle slouží ukotvení koučinku v andragogické teorii, především pak v teoriích učení, zpracování transakční analýzy a jejích teoretických modelů, z nichž jsou následně vybrány ty, které jsou kongruentní s andragogickou teorií a operacionalizovány jako nástroje koučování manažerů. Objektem práce jsou koučové aplikující svůj přístup v součinnosti s teorií a praxí koučinku. Předmětem práce je pak integrace teoretických poznatků transakční analýzy do koučinku a stanovení indikátorů v koučování.The objective of this paper is process of operacionalisation of transactional analysis indicators as a tool for business coaching. To achieve this goal is coaching processed in andragogical theory, especially the theories of learning. Transactional analysis and its theoretical models are described, models are then screened. The main criterium is to be congruent with andragogical theory. These are operationalized as a tool for business coaching. The object of this paper are coaches working with the theory and practice of coaching. The object of this paper is the integration of theoretical knowledge of transactional analysis into coaching and assessment of indicators in coaching.
