Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na mluvené projevy moderátorů Českého rozhlasu. Úkolem bylo zjistit, jestli moderátoři mluví ortoepicky korektně v souladu s normou a zda se odchylky od standardu liší v rámci tří celoplošných a tří regionálních stanic. Dalším cílem bylo monitorování úrovně daných mluvených projevů jak čtených, tak také spontánně realizovaných. Analýza byla provedena na pozadí segmentální a suprasegmentální roviny. K praktické části byly využity fonetické programy. Dále byla provedena transkripce a formantová analýza, na jejichž pokladech pro měření jsme dospěli ke zjištěným závěrům. Všechny výsledky byly řádně vyhodnoceny a následně byly získané poznatky porovnány, a to zejména mezi moderátory zpravodajství a doprovodných relací. Na základě odborné literatury se dospělo k závěrečné sumarizaci, která byla zapsána do shrnutí. Dále byla zjištění, která z této diplomové práce vyplývají, uvedena v závěru práce.The aim of the theses is to focus on the presenters' speech of the Czech Radio stations. The goal was to find out if presenters speak according to orthoepic standards and whether the differences vary from the standards within four different stations. Further the level of certain spoken speeches which were both read and spontaneous was examined. The analysis was made within the segmental and supra-segmental level. In the practical part phonetic programmes and czech corpus were used. Next a transcription and a formative analysis were made and on its basics for measuring, the outcomes were found out. All outcomes were properly commented and subsequently the gained findings were compared, particularly between nationwide stations and also between presenters of news and other broadcasts. With the help of scientific literature the final summarization was made.
